Industrial Fluid Services Careers
What We Do
Our work supports uptime, reliability, and sustainability for manufacturers and mission-critical operations. Depending on the role, you may be involved in:
- Oil Filtration (on-site and off-site)
- Fluid Reclamation (filtration, dehydration, readditization when needed)
- Vacuum Dehydration / Water Removal
- Oil Analysis & Fluid Testing (sampling programs, reporting, trending)
- High Velocity Flushing & System Cleaning
- Varnish mitigation and removal strategies
- Confined space tank cleaning (when required by the project)
- Equipment rentals support (delivery, setup, operator guidance)
- Lubricant distribution and support (including small-volume lubricant orders)
In short: we help customers keep oil clean, cool, and dry—so their equipment lasts longer and runs better.

Who We’re Looking For

Field Service Technician – Oil Filtration & Fluid Reclamation
Great fit for people who: like hands-on mechanical work, troubleshooting, industrial environments, and working as part of a tight team.
Typical responsibilities may include:
- Setting up and operating filtration and dehydration equipment
- Connecting hoses, fittings, and portable systems safely
- Monitoring flow rates, pressure, cleanliness targets, and water content
- Collecting oil samples and documenting results
- Coordinating with customer maintenance teams onsite
- Maintaining equipment readiness (inspection, cleanup, organization)
Helpful experience (not required in all cases):
- Hydraulics, pumps, industrial maintenance, rotating equipment
- Reliability / lubrication basics
- Familiarity with cleanliness targets (ex: ISO cleanliness codes)
- Confined space awareness (training can be provided depending on role)
Class A CDL Driver / Field Technician (Driver + Hands-On Work)
We’re especially interested in candidates who want a role that combines driving and field work—not just driving.
This role is ideal if you:
- Want to drive to customer sites and also operate equipment
- Prefer a job where you’re active and engaged onsite
- Like being part of emergency response and outage work when needed
What this can involve:
- Transporting equipment safely to/from job sites
- Assisting with setup, operation, and teardown
- Supporting the team during on-site service work
- Keeping trucks and equipment organized and ready to deploy
Note: We may be willing to train the right person into this hybrid role if they have the mindset and mechanical aptitude.
Shop / Warehouse / Logistics Support
A strong operation depends on equipment readiness. These roles may involve:
- Preparing rental and service equipment for deployment
- Loading/unloading and staging equipment and hoses
- Basic inspection, organization, and cleanliness standards
- Supporting shipping/receiving and inventory control
- Helping ensure the team can respond quickly to service calls
Oil Analysis / Fluid Testing Support
For detail-oriented people who like data, process, and continuous improvement:
- Sample collection coordination
- Report support and documentation
- Trending and tracking support
- Communication of results and recommendations (role-dependent)
Lubricant Orders, Customer Support, and Operations
We also support lubricant products and small-volume orders. Depending on the role:
- Order processing and customer communication
- Product support coordination
- Shipping coordination and documentation
- Basic problem-solving to help customers get what they need quickly
What to Expect in Industrial Field Work
Depending on the position, work may include:
